The album will feature a reggae remix collection of the La Radiolina track "Politik Kills" by artists like UK icons Linton Kwesi Johnson and Dennis Bovell as well as Island Records founder Chris Blackwell and several others. Manu Chao will be performing several high-profile U.S. tour dates in late August, including the Outside Lands Festival (San Francisco) and Austin City Limits.
The late 2007 studio album La Radiolina was recently nominated for a Billboard Latin Music award in the "Best Latin Rock/Alternative Album" category.
